What brings you joy?

My children. I love it when they discover something that they do well. We all want our children to do the best at everything.  when my kids do something well and they're very passionate or if they discover that they can be passionate about those things. I love it. It just makes me happy.

share some tips on how you celebrate yourself.

I have a portrait session! This is something I rarely do, since to having a weird schedule. It’s very rare that the schedule of my boyfriend, my children, and I line up to do something like this. Doing this brings me great joy.

Is there any other piece of advice you’d like to share?

Menopause is not so bad. I thought it was wonderful because now I don’t have to worry about so many things! It’s quite liberating!
