What are your thoughts on aging?

Aging is a gift.
Each day and each year we are here on this earth is a blessing.
With age comes more wisdom if we listen and learn from our life lessons.
Wisdom is not guaranteed.

How is your age group relevant?

We are the age group that young generations run to for help and guidance when life and things get real hard, but we are not always advertised as relevant and revered.

Younger women, might think that it's scary getting older. What wonderful things can women look forward to at your age?

Aging is scary. Wisdom. Being comfortable in your own skin. Unbothered by societies norms and expectations. Or societies definition or beauty. Less things shock and awe you. Able to see through the BS. Increases discernment. You govern your time differently. Not everything gets a "Yes". The word "No" becomes your friend.

Scheduled maintainence for hair, skin, and body.

Schedule brunch and lunch fellowships with different women monthy.

Schedule me time and stick to you without explanations to others.

Learning to identify my feelings and put into words and ask what do I need.

Share one experience or piece of advice that would lift other women up and empower them.

You are more than enough.
