What is the best advice you've ever been given?

That would definitely be to take care of yourself first. If you are not as whole as you can be, you won't be able to help others. you have to take care of yourself mentally, physically, and definitely health wise.Take care of yourself first so you can take care of others, it helps to have to be solid enough to help anybody else in any capacity.

Share a piece of experience or advice that would lift other women up and empower them.

You should look forward to just taking that chance; book that flight, buy that purse, go to that party, make the memory. I work in an industry where tomorrow is never promised and I do with a lot of families and it's it's it's at the end of life stages so I always tell families like just make the memory, take the picture, take the video. 

A lot of people don't like to take pictures anymore. They don't like to be in the pictures because they don't like the way that they look, but be in the picture, be in the memory, make the memories,  because sometimes that's all we have, that's all we're gonna have.
