What are your thoughts on aging?

Age is just a number. I feel that I'm still young at heart.

How is your age group relevant?

I think our age group has the most experience in life and our careers. We have experienced various life events that taught us to be stronger, more confident, and to stand, enabling us to lift and guide the younger generation of women.

Younger women, might think that it's scary getting older. What wonderful things can women look forward to at your age?  

For me, it’s taking care of our health.  We know as we age, our bodies start to change and tend to get sick if we don't take care of our health. While we are young, we should learn self-care like eating healthy and regular exercise to keep our bodies healthy.

Share tips on how you celebrate yourself, what you do for fun, and self care.

I loved traveling.  If I accomplish my goal every year, I’d make sure that I can travel with my family to bond, experience different cultures, and meet new people.

Share one experience or piece of advice that would lift other women up and empower them.

Don't always rely on other people's opinion to do what you love to do. Adopt change and learn from your mistakes. Listen to people who've been there, done it, and still doing it!.

What would you tell your 14-year-old self? 

Enjoy life the right way.

Who inspired you as a little girl? Who inspires you now? 

My parents, are a God-fearing people. Right now, as a parent and business owner, I'm inspired by those people who are successful, always lifting others, and humble.

What was your greatest challenge and how did you overcome it?

Biggest challenge was overcoming those negative people who rained on our parade. We focus to ignore negativity and learn the skills we need to move forward and hit our goal.

What is your definition of success? 

Success to me, is to be able to help people and see them succeed in life. I feel fulfilled.

What is the best advice you have been given? 

Always have clarity in life and find your big WHY.
