What brings you joy?

Family. I have two boys and they're older now and I get to enjoy a lot of moments with them. Time flies, so those family moments are crucial for me. Nature also brings me joy.  I'm so lucky to live in Hawaii and see nature every time I want to. I go for a hike and that brings me joy, seeing the ocean and all the beautiful nature.

What is your definition of success?

To be able to have a great balance between family and work. To be able to spend all that quality time with my family and also at the same time be in a job that I enjoy. I don't feel that I'm working because I do it from the heart. I really enjoy that balance.

Can you share some tips on how to celebrate yourself?

The 40s to me opened that door of wisdom. you get the opportunity to reinvent yourself, to change, to find a hobby. It's never too late. It's never too late if you want to start a new journey, if you want to write a book, if you want to start working out at the gym or eating healthier. It's never too late to start a new journey and reinvent yourself.
