Be bold in taking risks when opportunities are presented, because those experiences will be the pieces from where you will draw strength, and courage, find joy and contentment as the puzzle of your life becomes clearer.

Share tips on how you celebrate yourself, what you do for fun, and self care.

I love a great massage. An ending to a work week "Pau hana" style; sharing space, good conversation over pūpū & cocktails with great friends and `ohana.

My weekend routine of walking & swimming with my cuzn Shantel at Ko Olina, followed up with a Haupia Acai bowl and Maui Lavender latte at Island Vintage Cafe in Kapolei.

Share one experience or piece of advice that would lift other women and empower them.

What would you tell your 14-year-old self? 

Don't be such a perfectionist.

Who inspired you as a little girl? Who inspires you now? 

My Grandma - Genevieve Ho'ola'ikahiluonalani Akana Nahulu.  My inner circle of mana wahine - you know who you are!

What was your greatest challenge and how did you overcome it? 

Learning to navigate life without my Beloved.  Through faith - one day at a time.

What is your definition of success? 

Being content in the present moment.

What is the best advice you have been given? 

Know your worth, be flexible to compromise, and practice two-way communication.
