What are your thoughts on aging? 

Get to know people of all ages, particularly the elderly.  Listen to them.

How is your age group relevant?

We have wisdom, money, and power.

Younger women might think that it's scary getting older. What wonderful things can women look forward to at your age?

Wisdom, experience, and power.  Having already lived through some of the most traumatic events they will face.

Share tips on how you celebrate yourself, what you do for fun, and self-care.

Walk, paddle, dance with my husband, make music, and dress up!

Share one experience or piece of advice that would lift other women up and empower them. 

You have more power than you think you have.

What would you tell your 14-year-old self? 

Be more humble, but also be bold!

Who inspired you as a little girl? Who inspires you now? 

Our bell choir director was better than any musician I've ever worked under.

What was your greatest challenge, and how did you overcome it? 

Sometimes, I suffer from depression and must protect myself from anyone who senses it and wants to capitalize on it.  They need to remember I'll always come back!

What is your definition of success? 

Doing the best you can!

What is the best advice you have been given? 

Don't EVER give up!
